그래서 그런지 지금 나오는 것과 메뉴가 많이 틀려서 고생을 많이 했다.
펌웨어 업데이트를 하는데도 상당한 고생을 하였고, 업데이트를 해도 벨소리 문제등 여러 문제가 있었다.
이런 문제는 reinstall하니 대부분 해결되었다.
그러던 중 backup & restore 메뉴가 없어져서 찾던 중 sony 사이트에서 다음과 같이 다운 받을 수 있도록 제공해주었다.

1. Download the Backup and Restore application
To download and install the Backup and Restore application on your phone, just follow the steps to the right.
We
recommend that you re-install the application, even if you already have
it. This secures optimal performance. And note that in the new and
recently released version, applications are also backed up.
Scan the QR code OR enter the following address into the web browser of your phone:
m.sonyericsson.com/backup
When installed, the Backup and Restore application will be available from your homescreen and under Settings>Applications.
Please note that data transmission charges may apply. Contact your network operator for more information.

Tap Browser on your phone screen.
2. Backup your data
You now see the Backup and Restore start screen. Choose Backup and follow the on-screen instructions.
The backup will be stored on your memory card.
Note:
Do NOT remove the battery while the phone is running, as this may
corrupt the backup (even if backup is completed). If you need to turn
off your phone, use the Power button.

Tap Back up.
3. Upgrade your phone
Return to PC Companion to complete the upgrade:
1. Reconnect the USB cable to your phone.
2. Drag the status bar downwards.
3. Tap USB connected.
4. Tap Mount.
5. Click Next in PC Companion.
6. Follow the instructions in PC Companion.
4. Restore your data
Are you using apps from Android Market? To ensure that
your apps continue to run smoothly, remember to log in to your Google
account before you continue.
Before restoring your data, make sure that the upgrade is completed.
Then start the Backup and Restore application on your phone. Select Restore and follow the on-screen instructions.
To avoid duplicates, synchronised contacts are not backed up. Use your sync service to restore them.
Locate and tap the Backup and Restore icon on your homescreen.
